Enhanced DBS checks

All Lets Tech Together volunteers are Enhanced DBS checked. Technical experts who carry out our home visits are also Enhanced DBS checked.

These checks are part of our approach to safeguarding, alongside clear arrangements and respect for your choices.

Stay in control

You can ask questions, pause a session or stop support at any time. You can have a trusted friend, relative or carer with you.

Keep passwords, security codes and bank details private. Enter them yourself if a task needs them. Do not include them in an enquiry.

Before a home visit

We will agree the visit with you first. If you are unsure who is at your door, call 01377 822 341 to check before letting anyone in. Ask us about the arrangements and checks for the person visiting you.

Raise a concern

Email info@letstechtogether.org or call 01377 822 341 and ask for your concern to be passed to the person responsible for safeguarding. Share only what is needed initially.

This contact route is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
