Some people feel more comfortable getting help in their own home – and that’s totally OK. Our LetsTech@Home service brings one of our friendly, trusted volunteers to you, so you can get the tech support you need where you need it most.
Our home visits are designed to help you feel confident using your devices. Whether it’s setting up a printer, helping with a new laptop, or connecting to the internet – we’ll help you at your pace.
All of our home visit volunteers are DBS-checked, and we follow strict safeguarding policies. Your safety and comfort are our top priority.
Visits start from just £30 per hour. We only charge to cover our running costs – there’s no profit involved. All funds go back into helping the community.
