How much does a drop-in session cost?

Nothing! Our drop-ins are completely free and open to everyone.

Where are your drop-in sessions held?

We host sessions across East Riding. You can find a calendar on our homepage or contact us for more info.

What can I bring to a drop-in?

Bring your phone, tablet, or laptop – whatever you need help with. If it plugs in or connects to the internet, we’ll try to help!

Do I need to book in advance?

No need to book – just turn up. But if you're not sure or need special help, feel free to get in touch first.

What about home visits?

We offer affordable home visits for more personal support. See our LetsTech@Home page for details.

Are your volunteers trained?

Yes. All our volunteers are experienced and friendly. Those doing home visits are DBS-checked for your peace of mind.

How is this all funded?

We’re a not-for-profit group. Everything is funded by small grants and donations. Our home visit fees go straight back into running the service.
